WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For Online Transactions, we accept only 2 payment methods at the moment:

Bank Deposit - BDO or METROBANK
Both are paid upfront, prior delivery of product.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a clear warranty for consumable items (Bulbs, Tubes and fixturated items)
We will accept to replace products bought from our store based on the warranty provided for these consumable items.
Customers must show proof of purchase and items will be inspected prior to replacement for any customer mishandling or misuse which will void the warranty.
